Beth Lipson
EVP, Strategic Initiatives
Beth joined OFN in 1997 and currently serves as EVP, Strategic Initiatives. In her 20-year tenure, Beth has worked on the Financial Services team for nine years, worked as the CFO, and created the role of EVP, Strategic Initiatives in 2012, which she still holds. In this role, she manages OFN's significant cross-functional initiatives, including the NEXT Awards, OFN’s CDFI Certificate Program, Wells Fargo Diverse Community Capital Program, and previously, the Create Jobs for USA partnership with Starbucks. Beth also serves on OFN’s Investment Committee. Beth has a MBA from the Wharton School, and her previous experiences include valuing businesses at Coopers and Lybrand and researching trends in savings and loans at the Federal Reserve Board.

Andrea Longton

Andrea joined OFN in 2018 and leads the Financial Services team in managing OFN’s role as Qualified Issuer under the CDFI Bond Guarantee Program. Prior to joining OFN, Andrea led numerous community development financing and investment initiatives at Freddie Mac, Capital Impact Partners, and Delphos International. During her tenure at Capital Impact Partners, Andrea was responsible for establishing and expanding the organization’s Bond Guarantee Program capacity, launching the Capital Impact Investment Notes, and managing the CDFI’s investment portfolio. Andrea holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder designation from the CFA Institute and is a member of the CFA Society of Washington, DC. She holds a BA in International Studies and German Studies from Centre College and an MA in International Trade and Investment Policy from The George Washington University.

Donna Fabiani

Donna joined OFN in 2007 and leads OFN’s Membership, Peer Learning, and Research lines of business. Donna organizes the annual OFN Conference, the premier training event in the CDFI industry, and the annual OFN Small Business Finance Forum. Donna leads OFN’s data collection and research activities, and is responsible for producing OFN’s signature annual publication Opportunity Finance Institutions Side by Side as well as a variety of research reports. Before joining OFN, Donna spent eight years with the CDFI Fund managing research, leading the development of the CDFI Fund’s data collection initiative, and underwriting CDFIs. Prior to her role with the CDFI Fund, Donna started and managed FINCA USA, a microenterprise CDFI. Donna holds a B.A. from Colby College and a Master in Public Affairs from the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University.

Lina Page

Lina joined OFN in 2004, and plays a critical role in developing OFN’s strategic communications plan, including building brand, setting marketing communications strategy, and launching marketing outreach and public relations campaigns to drive business results. From 2004 through 2008 Lina created marketing and outreach campaigns for the Native American Training Initiative/Native Communities Financing Initiative, using a mix of print, online, and direct marketing techniques to build awareness and drive applications for Native training. She also implemented public relations to promote the Native Awards, and developed new marketing tools, such as the Native Program Guide, to highlight the Native Convening and generate attendance for the Native Track at the OFN Conference. Lina has 20 years experience building brand awareness in dynamic fields such as financial services, biometric security, information technology, and publishing. Her expertise includes branding, leadership positioning, marketing strategy, and integrated marketing programs to support business objectives. Prior to OFN, she was the Director of Global Marketing for biometric security company Iridian Technologies. Lina also worked as Vice President for Corporate Communications at Paytrust, an Internet-based financial services organization. Before Paytrust she served as Director of Marketing Communications for several global software companies, including Logic Works, Inc., Revelation Technologies, and Information Builders, Inc. She also conducted marketing for the publisher Random House, Inc.
